Operator and access
OTOX is operated by Ali AlSaffar, based in Kuwait, as a personally operated product. Contact info@otoxapp.com for questions. Access to OTOX Portfolio is currently private through the supported iOS / TestFlight and web implementations. Public registration and downloads are not offered here. OTOX is intended for users worldwide; availability may vary by country.
Informational tools
OTOX helps you review investment records, performance, allocations and goals. Calculations, projections and suggestions are informational and should not be relied upon as personalized financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Projections are estimates, not promises of future results. You are responsible for reviewing information and making your own decisions.
OTOX does not execute trades or hold customer funds. Holding-condition checks run while the app is open and unlocked; continuous closed-app monitoring is not promised.
Your records and credentials
Use records you are entitled to access. Review imported holdings and transactions before saving, and resolve unsupported records or incomplete history. A current position snapshot cannot reconstruct missing trades. Keep device access, credentials and backup passphrases secure. Do not share broker passwords or tokens through support email.
Third-party services
Prices, report retrieval and other network services depend on third-party availability and data quality. Data may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. File import compatibility does not establish a broker partnership or approval, and does not guarantee every account, currency or historical period is supported.
IBKR Activity Flex is a user-configured reporting workflow. Guided authorization remains planned, subject to provider approval and completed testing. Removing a saved Flex token in OTOX does not revoke it at IBKR.
Responsible use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use it with information you are not permitted to process. Maintain your own suitable backups and independently check important calculations and records.
Privacy and changes
Read the privacy notice for how records and support messages are handled. Features may change during private development. Updated terms will be published here with a revised date. Nothing on this page is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
